Nestled between Lloyds Bank and London Road, our shop in Sevenoaks High Street is where it all began. We opened our doors here in February 2011 and have never looked back.

Cosy in winter and fully air-conditioned in summer, our small but perfectly formed shop is excellently situated for both the Stag Theatre and the town’s weekly markets held every Wednesday and Saturday.

We also have 36 outside seats to the front and another 88 seats in The Shambles to the rear of our property, making us the go-to destination for alfresco refreshments during the warm summer months.

Good to know

PARKING: There are several car parks around the centre of Sevenoaks, the closest of which is to the rear of the Stag Theatre (located off South Park, TN13 1ED). There is limited pay-and-display parking in the High Street itself but this is on a first-come-first-serve basis. If you are visiting at the weekend, you can park for free in the car park of Sevenoaks District Council (off Gordon Road, TN13 1HG), but please note this is only on Saturdays and Sundays.

DISABLED ACCESS: There are no steps at the front entrance to the shop with a wide door to allow entry. We also have disabled toilet facilities.

FAQs

  • Yes and no! We do not accept cash at our Riverhill site, largely due to the remote location. Not only does it significantly increase the cost of our insurance if cash were to be kept on site, but also limits our access to banking facilities.

    However, we DO accept both cash and card payments at our shops in Sevenoaks and Riverhead.

  • Our shops in Sevenoaks High Street and Riverhead are open 7 days a week, closing at 5pm every day. We open at 7.30am on Saturdays and week days, 8.30am on Sundays.

    Malabar at Riverhill Himlayan Gardens is open Wednesday to Sunday and every bank holiday, from 10am to 5pm. We are closed during the winter, from November to mid-March. Please check the Riverhill Himalayan Gardens website for details.
